Please can you add a feature for office staff to leave notes on the rota. Eg: if a family requested an extended visit or change of time, if time was extended for an appointment or because someone was unwell. Currently when invoicing monthly its difficult to remember why visits have been extended or times changed etc. This would provide a clear audit trail for invoicing if weekly hours were changed, increased or decreased.
