The new feature allows you to tick a box when that section of the Care Plan is reviewed. But when completing a review, some old data in the care plan needs to be removed and uodated with new data. This is the purpose of the review, to update or amend the care plan. It would be very useful, if, in the review screen, we could amend the Care Plan in the same screen as part of the review. The same for risk assessments.
